This page describes how overseas purchases currently work. Every year, availability, price and shipping cost is confirmed 1-on-1 on WhatsApp — there are no public list prices. Online payment and a fuller direct-purchase flow are in preparation; this page will be updated when they launch.

Tap any WhatsApp button and tell us your tea experience, the occasion (daily drinking / hosting / collecting) and a rough budget. Chinese and English both welcome.
We reply with the years in stock, remaining quantity and pricing, plus real photos of the exact cake: wrapper, back label, tea surface.
Most teas can be sampled before you commit — size and cost confirmed per tea. Or book a remote video tea session and drink the same brew together.
We ship direct from China, usually EMS or SF Express Southeast Asia, with pre-dispatch photos and full tracking.
Shipping & customs
Singapore and Malaysia are our most familiar routes, usually via EMS or SF Express Southeast Asia; transit time and cost are confirmed with your quote. Japan, North America, Europe and Australia are also served, channel confirmed per order.
Payment
Overseas orders are currently settled through options confirmed 1-on-1 (such as bank transfer); we explain what is available when the order is confirmed. An online payment channel is in preparation and will be announced here first.
Why the extra step is worth it
Che Shun Hao does not run a fixed-price shelf. Every cake differs in year, storage and condition, so we would rather learn what you want to drink first, then recommend the right one — the way this old Yiwu house has always sold tea.

Can I taste before deciding?
Yes. Most teas can be sampled first — size and cost are confirmed per tea on WhatsApp. You can also book a remote video tea session.
Who pays shipping and customs duties?
Shipping is quoted together with the tea. Parcels ship DDU: destination customs charges, if any, are borne by the recipient — explained before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Singapore and Malaysia usually arrive within one to two weeks depending on customs; other regions confirmed per order. Full tracking after dispatch.
How do I verify the tea I receive?
Before dispatch we photograph your exact cake — wrapper, back label, tea surface — so you can compare piece by piece. The Tea Library (Chinese) also covers how to read a cake.
